Full Circle Moment

In a very special full circle moment this year, Lauren returned to our studio and this time, as a high school senior, ready for her portrait session.

We feel privileged not just to have developed a wonderful relationship as Lauren’s photographers, but also to have watched her blossom into a kind and self-assured young woman.

Sometimes a relationship transcends the confines of business, evolving into a cherished friendship. Such is the case with this remarkable family.

Their visits throughout the years chart an extraordinary transformation from a shy toddler to a confident graduate.

Looking over the years of portraits and the emerging young woman she has become is why we do what we do.

We’re grateful beyond words for this family and the moments they have entrusted us to capture.

We can’t wait for the next chapter in Lauren’s story as she moves forward with her life.

To be chosen as the story-tellers for this milestone in Lauren's narrative is an honor that fills us with both humility and excitement.

We had a chance to chat with Lauren’s mom when she picked up her portraits…

“As the mom of a high school senior, I’ve been told that when this time comes, it will be sad. Maybe you’re supposed to be sad, but at our house, we are happy and excited about Lauren’s next step.

She brought it up herself to go to Walden’s for her senior portraits. That is her loyalty showing.

If I could pick a friend, I would choose her. She is so loyal to her friends.

Her future will involve dance.

Since the 2nd grade, she has always told us, “I want to dance under the big lights and dance as a Rockette.”

And indeed, we have no doubt we will see her dancing one day as a Rockette with their iconic high-kicks in the world-famous Radio City Christmas Spectacular!”

An early start…

Lauren started her modeling career at a very young age.

A stage and big lights.

Lauren’s dream.
