A Love Letter Across Time

Words written today, meant for a moment still to come.

Writing a love letter to your children is a beautiful way to express your affection and admiration for them.

This may be one of the most important things you’ll ever write to your child… you just won’t realize it until years from now.”

When attached to a portrait that was done at the same time as the letter was written when they were a baby or young child, it is even more meaningful to understand the depth of feeling that was evident then and is still evident.

Keep a secret.

Once written, fold the card back and insert into the provided envelope attached to the back of your framed portrait.

And now comes the hard part.

Don’t tell anyone it is back there until the time or event that you determined all those years ago.

It will now become “The Longest Kept Secret.”

Share a secret.

Finally, the big day has arrived to unveil the secret you created all those years ago.

Will it be on the day of their wedding?

Or maybe the birth of their first child?

Whenever it is, rest assured it will be momentous, adding a deep and sweet dimension to their portrait.

P.S. Get the tissues ready!
